Total Back Office Solutions can give you recruitment agency formation advice

A new report has shown that young people are looking for more detailed careers advice, which may be of interest to those intending to set up a recruitment agency.

Published by Deloitte, the report was commissioned by the Education and Employers Taskforce to discover how employers could contribute to careers education.

It was found that 95 per cent of young people would welcome more contact with employers to help them understand the breadth of options available to them.

Meanwhile, those who had been in contact with four or more employers during their last years of school claimed to feel like they had a good understanding of what they needed to do to achieve their desired job.

Recently, John King of London University's Career Group commented that young entrepreneurs will be essential to the UK's economic recovery by creating new businesses.

Exactly, no doubt "young people desire more careers advice". Also, starting a recruitment firm is an not that hectic as compared to other business. Few potential clients and few buck can help you. Also, book "How To start an HR Consultancy Company?" might be useful as well. A step by step guide for entrepreneurs looking to start their own HR Recruitment and Consulting Firm. Good luck.
