Total Back Office Solutions can give you recruitment agency formation advice

A shortage of skilled workers has been highlighted following new research, which may be of interest to those intending to set up a recruitment agency.

The study, published by Manpower Inc, divulged that unless skilled workers are found to fill empty positions, the economy could suffer in the future.

It was found that the problem is present across several developed countries throughout the world.

"Unemployment levels remain high across the globe, particularly among young people, and providing training programs while working to promote skilled trades as a viable career choice could open up these jobs to a wider talent pool," said chairman and chief executive officer of Manpower Inc. Jeffrey A. Joerres.

Recently, e-learning developers Saffron suggest that e-learning programs could help recruiters deal with the growing demands of their services during the economic downturn.
