Total Back Office Solutions can give you recruitment agency formation advice

CEOs need to be strong despite the current economic situation, which could be of interest to those about to set up a recruitment agency.

Human Resources Magazine has reported that, while it is tempting to play it safe during economic uncertainty, it is unwise for leaders to do so.

Graham Jones, writing for the publication, suggests that leaders need to be strong and make decisions that will be best for the company, rather than those that are self-serving.

He comments these so-called 'real leaders' will seize opportunities to gain advantages over their competitors, as well as only focussing on problems within their control and ensuring staff are listened to.

Mr Jones states: "Merely coping with pressure will not deliver the results expected. Real leaders need to be mentally tough so that they can thrive and create the conditions for their people to also thrive."

Recently, a survey by Kelly Business Services showed that the majority of employees would feel more motivated by having shares in their company.
