What's Your "Go To" Candidate Sourcing Tool?

As most of us know, technology is your biggest differientiater when it comes to sourcing and recruiting candidates.

We've all used Linkedin Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, Github etc. or a combination of a few. I want to know what you are currently using now and how it enhances your sourcing/recruiting process!

MightyRecruiter is great - lots of quality candidates even during their free trial period. Their JobPromotes really boost candidates to your jobs. The resume database they provide also has a fresh pool of quality people, instead of junk that you get with a lot of other tools.

Check out ENGAGE. It provides access to over 100M passive candidate profiles complete with contact information, work history, social profiles and even an ENGAGE Score to predict how likely they are to consider a new job opportunity.
