HI Ray,

My company is totally virtual, I work with one partner all the time, she and I talk on the phone IM etc. I am in FL and she is in NC so we get together when we can. Our company uses IM and email to communcate much of the time. It is tough without the daily interaction of others.

Hi Roxanne,
I am in the process of starting a Virtual Firm now. I saw many of the best recruiters leave the firm I was with for 8 years to corp. rec. to work virtual. I also feel this gives me an opportunity to offer a unique and generous pay-out that has been on my mind for many years. If possible, I would like to get some insight from you and maybe your company.
