Hi everyone! I'm new to this website as well as this group (I just now joined) and thought I would introduce myself.
I'm a home-based recruiter working for a small company in Virginia (I'm currently in Jacksonville, FL). My specialty is in call center/customer service recruiting and I'm currently recruiting home-based call center agents for our company. We support several different clients with customer service/sales and we are growing. Our company caters more to higher end stores/clients, such as BMW, BlueFly, etc.
I love my job and feel I learn something new every day. There is so much to know and I still feel (after three years) that I am just in the beginning stages.
I'd love to network with anyone who is interested. I enjoy call center recruiting and love sourcing; I'd also like to get into more of the IT recruiting side some day.
Does the company have any other virtual recruiter opportunities available on the West Coast? I am in the market for a new position after recently recovering from back surgery. Seeking another virtual recruiter position. Have excellent references from all employers on my resume which can be viewed on LinkedIn.com
Hi Jen - I just joined the group today. I work from my home for a boutique consulting firm who specialize in project management and busines requirements analysis. We actually are involved with most industries and most of the organizaitons are Fortune 500 companies. I enjoy what I do, and have the luxury of doing it from my home. The best thing about my company is working from home, and the worst thing is working from home. LOL! It has its pros and cons, but mostly pros.
I enjoy networking, so please feel free to add me as a frined.
