While I'm not new to recruiting, I'm a new member of the Virtual Group. I work remotely for Deloitte Consulting and love the arrangement. I'm interested in networking w/anyone who has some suggestions on how I can expand my circle of influence when looking for insurance consultants. I'm looking for a needle in a haystack (need deep insurance industry (P&C, Life, Reinsurance or Brokerage) experience PLUS professional management consulting experience in technology integration and/or strategy & operations. Yikes - this isn't easy!!

Nevertheless, I'd welcome any suggestions, ideas or revelations as to how I can hunt down these suspects. :-)
