We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Web Developer to join our development team. Our growing company needs talented people to build innovative data driven web applications using the latest technologies and methodologies. We are an online company that maintains a complex library of financial documents

Requirements
The ideal candidate would be a PHP/Javascript/database developer with proven experience building production, commercial-quality web based applications. Applicants must be comfortable with advanced AJAX, MySQL, Apache and Linux (Fedora) syntax. The candidate needs to be flexible and open to new ideas or change with the passion and drive to excel in their career. The applicant must be self-directed, organized, and extremely attentive to details. The applicant must be able to handle time sensitive projects.

Additionally, this position requires:
• Qualified applicants should possess a BS in computer science and/or equivalent job experience.
• 4+ years of web application development experience.
• Experience within Linux, Apache and MySQL platforms
• Advanced knowledge and experience in AJAX, HTML, PHP, Javascript
• Ability to work both in a collaborative team environment and independently.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in optimization of database queries
• Knowledge of version control system (Subversion)

Other Job duties include:
• Serving as primary manager of all technical aspects regarding the website
• Adding additional functionality
• Trouble shooting of website, database and server
• Ability to develop while interfacing with existing code

Compensation for Virtual Sales Associates (VSAs) and Virtual Staffing Consultants (VSCs)

Compensation for VSAs
No base pay
20% of the profit margin from the sales for the clients they sign personally
Commission for each client is good for the first three months that the client is with the company and then commission ceases
VSA must reach a minimum of 20 billing clients per week and sustain that level for 8 consecutive weeks and have been with the company for a minimum of 3 months then commission increases to 40%
5% of the profit margin from the sales of each new VSA they successfully recruit into the company (recruited VSA must also pass the interview process) while at the level of VSA
Commission for the gross sales of the VSAs they recruit is good for the first three months that the client is with the company and then the commission ceases
The commission for the VSA’s first two sales is split between VSA and Sales Director (or their sponsoring VSC if applicable)
Recruiters’ commissions are only paid one-level deep
Must apply for VSC and pass an interview process with Sales Director for the same
Compensation for VSCs
No base pay
50% of the profit margin from the sales for the clients they sign personally
To be eligible for VSC, the individual must reach a minimum of 20 billing clients per week and sustain that level for 8 consecutive weeks and have been with the company for a minimum of 3 months to move to Sales Consultant and have successfully applied for and passed the VSC interview
Commission of 50% of the profit margin is payable on all currently billing clients, which the VSC may have signed as a VSA, for the remainder of the 3-month commission period
Commission for each client is good for the first three months that the client is with the company and then commission ceases
10% of the profit margin from the sales of each VSA they successfully recruit into the company (recruited VSA must also pass the interview process)
Commission for the gross sales of the VSAs they recruit is good for the first three months that the client is with the company and then the commission ceases
The commission for the VSC’s recruited VSA’s first two sales is split between VSA and VSC
VSC is expected to assist with their recruited VSC’s first two sales to be eligible to obtain the commission split on said sales. The 10% recruiting fee is excluded from the first two sales made by the VSA.

Hello all,

I am looking for candidate for a 3-6 month contract opportunity in the Kennesaw area.

Here are the details:

SQL Developer will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, maintenance and support of software applications.

Develop stored procedures
Perform tuning and optimization
Conduct unit-level testing and debugging
Participate in cross functional teams for planning, estimating and scheduling activities
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, test plan reviews and documentation reviews
Work independently to track outstanding tasks and projects, monitor progress, plan workload and dependencies, resolve resource conflicts and provide status reports to the Director of Technical Support
Performs other duties as required


EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Candidate must have capabilities in Transact-SQL, stored procedure development, query optimization, and tuning.

· Understanding and ability to develop and tune SQL statements, stored procedures and views

· Knowledge of RDBMS principles, database design, and normalization.

· Relevant work experience in .NET, VB, or C# development IS A MUST.

Good Afetrnoon all.

Just thought I'd post a line or two about doing some partnering. I am looking to partner with someone or sometwo's to do splits. We are in the contract IT business and I am always looking for good contracts. Don't need contractors as I have a huge database. We also employ contractors ourselves if they are good enough and pay them even if they are unassigned. Which brings me to the reason for this post, I currently have 19 sitting around drawing checks but not working. If you or someone you know has a need please give me a shout.
