John loves a challenge and has great success finding the needle in a hay stack candidates that other recruiters have given up on trying to find. John builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers that make him a true partner in the process ensuring a high touch experience on both sides. Virtual recruiters .. any thoughts on % splits? If we supply - job (no cold calling, rates negotiated etc), indemnity insurance, call expenses and some advertising - what split do you think is fair between agency & recruiter? .
