he best answer and really, the point of everything I do here is to try to come up with good content that is helpful to other recruiters and have some fun while we're at it. Early on, we used to put the contests out to a vote and every time we did it, it turned into a popularity contest and it wrecked the spirit in my opinion. So yes, the winner will be a lucky winner. Then you have people completely at the other end of the spectrum who don't even get why communicating in a network with other recruiters can be a good thing. Check this out
