Administer all analyses and special projects to include: o Recruitment Marketing - Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors; research new opportunities and competitor practices o ATS – Assist in the review for possible selection and implementation of a new applicant tracking system o Vendor Management – Establish and manage relationships with all external vendors, including but not limited to recruitment agencies, marketing firms, relocation companies, and job boards o Process & Policy – Create and/or update departmental procedure and process in order to deliver top talent throughout the organization Provide full life-cycle recruitment support for a limited requisition load of senior-level targeted searches. Recruitment support dependent upon project workload. Maintain ongoing relationships with all HR department team members and external departments in an effort to understand talent needs and professional challenges to develop best practices. Compiles and delivers weekly and monthly reports on Talent Acquisition metrics to Talent Acquisition management and the executive group. Proactively identify business improvement opportunities, develop high-level solutions, receive buy-in from impacted departments and manage implementation efforts. Prepare financial analyses for prospective capital projects, media investments or recruitment marketing. Be a “recruitment expert”; knowledgeable of current and future trends in Talent Acquisition and be able to recommend and implement innovative and efficient solutions. Demonstrate strong project management skills, particularly in respect to prioritization and execution, along with strong leadership and relationship skills. Ability to be flexible and multi-task under tight deadlines.
