I like the attitude and the metaphor of going after a big thing with the intention of catching it.  But I also like the quote in the movie JAWS - "We're going to need a bigger boat."

-Control your workload or it will unload on you

-Don't bite-off more than you can chew...or over-promise more than you can deliver

-Pace yourself for the long run...but be ready for the sprints

-Know your limits, and push past them for new gains - but beware of your actual limits

Always wear clean underwear...Need I say more?
