Sitting tall in the saddle, my mom. 

She raised twelve children by mothering us; disciplining us; feeding us; and demonstrating and inspiring a work ethic that we all strive to match and model for our children.  Her wit and wisdom were phenomenal in the midst of hardships and a hard life.

She would have been 96 today.  RIP.
