Kudos to employers -- hiring managers and recruiters -- who make an effort to pursue and attract quality candidates inclusive of diversity. The Black and Hispanic National MBA Career Conferences are held annually during this time of the year and provide employers, colleges and minority MBA students the unique opportunity to get together --to meet face-to-face -- to discuss continuing education, internships, sponsorship, investment and career opportunities.  

If you’re not participating – attending, interning, scholarshiping, investing, sponsoring, hiring -- you’re missing a wonderful opportunity to leverage gatherings of talent diversity at its finest.
