What does this picture tell you about the Johnson & Johnson's recruiting methodology when they attend a job fair?

As an independent recruitment consultant--I provide visual info, via photos, to employers interested in knowing what their competitors in industry are doing--as well as their visual impact & interface effectiveness.

As an independent Recruitment Consultant, who regularly assesses employer recruitment impact, particularly at Job Fairs--I say Johnson & Johnson has their act together.

Their recruitment display STANDS OUT--It's impressive (HUGE) and has great eye-appeal.

o For recruitment purposes J&J has "stations" for professionals with backgrounds in:  "Finance"; "Operations/Logistics"; "Marketing"; etc.  Meaning candidates with experience/education in those disciplines can go directly to the Hiring Managers on-site for immediate consideration.

o Many companies have a tendency to only have HR reps and fresh grads attending Job Fairs (not that that's all bad).  Without "decision makers" (hiring managers) the companies who do bring them can jump "weeks" ahead in moving on high potential candidates that they meet at job fairs.

o I can say more..., but invite your take on this photo, my take, and your impression(s)  THANKS!
