What does this picture tell you about MERCK's recruiting methodology when they attend a job fair?

 

As an independent recruitment consultant--I provide visual info, via photos, to employers interested in knowing what their competitors in industry are doing.

 

And besides recruiting for talent at job fairs, I capture visuals of recruiter(s) & recruitment booth impact.  I make recommendations to employer reps on how to improve their visual impact, recruiter impact, team efficiency, etc.

Frankly,...sometimes it takes a picture to send a telling message.

Merck's outstanding representation here of a diverse mix of professional managers, recruiters and technical professionals.

As a recruitment team Merck is a force to be reckoned with.  Plus they pay very well.

Kudos to Merck and employers -- hiring managers and recruiters -- who make an effort to pursue and attract quality candidates inclusive of diversity. The Black and Hispanic National MBA Career Conferences are held annually during this time of the year and provide employers, colleges and minority MBA students the unique opportunity to get together --to meet face-to-face -- to discuss continuing education, internships, sponsorship, investment and career opportunities.  

If you’re not participating – attending, interning, scholarshiping, investing, sponsoring, hiring -- you’re missing a wonderful opportunity to leverage gatherings of talent diversity at its finest.
