This kitty was lost but fortunately was found.  He lives in a loving home and has a new name, "THORN" because he likes to cuddle and then dig his little claws into your side--that's Thorn!

 

More pictures to come...And what does Thorn's story have to do with a recruiting blog?  Well, it's the HUMANITY! MAN! (or WOMAN! (or Kiddo!).  It's doing the right thing for an unfortunate soul, a critter in this case.  Thorn reminds me of my youth...trying to get a clue about life around me and depending on others to help me along the way until I too would be in a position to pass such a helping hand forward. 

In recruiting we facilitate positive outcomes and lives are affected by our efforts. That's a powerful thing when you think about it.
