When recruiters "specialize" in their search and send out capability--they better be good.

When recruiters "generalize" in their search and send out capability--they better be very good because the generals are competing with the specialists.

I chose and choose to do the latter because I like the rank of being a General ...ist; and the rich variety of work to be had.
