If you're going to be recruiting at a national minority career conference (which this one was) make sure you bring a diverse mix of recruiters and hiring managers -- otherwise you will standout as lacking in diversity.

For that matter, always bring your most diverse mix of accomplished and respected recruiters and hiring managers to all your job fairs.  In this way you will standout as an employer who values and embraces diversity and intends to function that way.
