Image and personality can be one and the same or misleading.  Recruiters are always determining the value of a candidate's qualifications, experience and accomplishments.  However, when a dynamic personality shines through it can be recognized at fifty-paces.  But sometimes it is not so recognizable.  It is the good recruiter who can ferret out the hidden personality and the value therein.
