Smart recruiters partner with academia, and other entities, to attract youth and older candidates to mentor an position for future challening work opportunities...or they're not that smart.

Recruiter visibility and accessibility is critical in the business of recruiting top talent.  I've found getting out on campus and meeting students, faculty, administrators - and the competition has been most rewarding on many levels.
