Once upon a time I did find the PERFECT candidate and highly recommended him.
I know he was perfect because the hiring manager observed: "This candidate is too good to be true. He's perfect. There must be something wrong with him."
BTW my Perfect candidate was not hired because, we he was too good to be true. He was PERFECT. True Story...
So now I still recommend Perfect candidates and ERFECT candidates as well. And so it goes...
