This recruitment advertisement was featured in Hispanic Engineering magazine and targeted minority technical and financial professionals.  The same ad was placed in the Classifieds; Sports and Entertainment pages of the LA Times, and elsewhere--targeting.

The design and contact info provided made this Recruitment Ad standout against the competition in an intense hiring time-frame in the 1980s
