Confusing images can also be a recruiter's dilemma in terms of candidate assessments. 

Sometimes what you see in a resume or on a first take in an interview can be misleading.  So read between the lines and probe more deeply to get at the substance and viability of a candidate.

And this applies to first impressions of employers.  Image and/or first impressions can be superficial.
