I mean it... Your recruiting image here is pathetically weak if this recruiting display carries the message you want to send to potential recruits. What is particularly damaging is that your message is lost vs. other employers who are also attending the same job fair with their more visually impacting recruiting displays.
Can USDA compete for the top talent out there relative to your staffing needs? If this image is any indication of your strategic and tactical recruiting approach…maybe you should give me a call. I have some ideas that may be helpful going forward – having successfully recruited against USDA’s best and won.

If you're going to use visuals so small that you have to get up close and personal to make them out -- why have a table infront to block close inspection of your message(s)? If I can't get a sense of what you want me to know about you, as a potential employer, at fifty-paces...I'm probably going to walk right passed you to visit a recruiter whose display SAYS SOMETHING TO ME....like:
