It continues to be a brave new world but with heady cost issues. NASA and DOD are discovering that Robonauts and Drones may be one aspect of the way to go into the future of space exploration and defense programs. Taking the human factor out of the cockpit and the battlefield, to some degree, will have important plus & minus ramifications.

As a recruiter who has facilitated the hire of an astronaut, Top Gun fighter pilots and a variety of design and production engineers and programmers in disciplines related NASA & DOD requirements – it will be interesting to see where the focus will be and if there will be a spike in employment in the face of the current sequestration.
