• Responsible for the performance and training of 172 recruiters in 164 Tetra Pak companies in 79 countries.
• As Process Leader, over $1.2 million was saved through innovated recruiting and less use of outside recruiters during 2003 – 2006.
• Improved the time to successfully recruit candidates globally by almost 50%.
