At least five years of relevant experience recruiting all organization levels in a fast-paced environment

Technical and non-tech recruiting experience

Bachelors degree in a related field preferred

Agency and corporate experience preferred

General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles

Demonstrated experience employing behavioral interviewing techniques

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
