I got the idea from our client at Southwire, Gary Royal, who came into my office all excited after I had, as he said, bailed him out by finding and hiring someone, fairly quickly, that noone else had been able to find for him. He came into the office yelling, "Wow, Treadaway, you really are the Big Dog! Let the Big Dog eat!" Since someone had stolen Satchel, our English Bulldog, I wanted to find a big dog no one would dare approach, let alone steal.
