It also explains the length of time for the postings -- low fees

I hadn't heard of the site before today. Probably because they don't do a lot of Healthcare posting. An example regarding the low fees - the Physician postings were paying $8K and had been out there for over 100 days. Only someone with low regard for their time would work so hard for so little.
