Thanks for your response. The reason I am asking is because I am involved in a youth employability programme funded by Microsoft US, assisting unemployed graduates to get entry level ICT tech support positions. It's a 5 month programme that takes them through hard and soft skills training preparing them for workplace readiness.

It is a perfect picking ground for any recruiter as these grads go through training like: criticial thinking, presentation skills, EQ, all 21st century skills as well as hard IT skills training. Our first group is ending in March and our team is looking for external speakers to give the graduates a brief talk what IT recruiters are looking for. If you like our graduates we invite to take advantage of the extra training that they are going through for job placements.
