Hi Sally,
Thanks for your question. I think the key to focus is having a mentor. I met Tegan Lisyak about a month ago and since then have learnt so much from her. It is fair to say that she is my focus. I just want to learn as much as I can from her 4 years in the industry. If you don't know Tegan I suggest you introduce yourself. You won't regret it.
