7:51pm Are you seeing this in job descriptions or hearing it directly from cpmpanies?
7:51If job ad, ignore it and network your way in. If someone is hiring for 3 years of exp. they may my be hiring another pistion for less exp.
7:52pm if directly, offer to do a contract, contract to hire, internship
7:53pm Let them try you out so you can show thejm how good you are
