I participated in an online training event recently and several speakers suggested the use of freelance sourcers for small recruitment firms.

Is anyone familar with an organized list of sourcers offering services in the US?  Can anyone recommend sourcers they have worked with and were happy with the results?

Commments on fees would also be helpful.
