One of the most fun and stressful parts of being a recruiter is when a candidate you feel very strongly would be a good fit for a position meets the client for the very first time. One of my candidates had a big interview last week and I thought to myself “When was the last time I had this same feeling”? Don’t let your career meet the same fate as Vista

It seems like it was just yesterday when Microsoft released Vista. I was working for a technology company in central Illinois at the time and we had a Vista release party. There was quite a bit of excitement and anticipation about the new OS but many people had a wait and see approach.
