I am a mom of two kids: a 6-year-old daughter, and an 8-month-old son. When our son was born and while I was on maternity leave, my husband and I decided not to continue daycare due to budget, so he and I switch off - I work part-time in the morning, and he works 3-11 pm Monday through Friday.
