Everyone is Replaceable - But at what cost?

Should Job seekers Pay to use a job seeker board to find jobs?

This was a thought provoking question posted on LinkedIn. What do you think? here's my answer:

“I believe that many so called recruiters and job boards are capitalizing on the high numbers of people ACTIVELY seeking work in order to somehow make it through, themselves.
