As a recruiter I run into folks fairly consistently that tell me that they are happy in their current role, and they are not interested in anything else. How do you know?

LinkedIn and Stranger Danger: The risks and rewards of connecting with people you don’t know.

 

When you reach out to connect with a new person on LinkedIn, there is a warning printed at the bottom of the screen: “Important: Only invite people you know well and who know you.” But, why?
