Passive Candidates- The Klondike Bar

The legitmacy of technical certifications

Just everyone knows upfront- I am a novice at blogging, however I felt like I should just throw something out there that bothers me. I am part of a technical usergroup that I won’t mention and I just got a posting that really bothers me.
