Back on Dec. 18, 2013, muscleman, Chadd Balbi was the guest on THE RECRUITING ANIMAL SHOW. It was a good show. He seems like a good guy.

But here's something surprising. I like role-plays so I can see how someone would handle standard situations on the phone. But my audience doesn't. As soon as we start one the callers start griping and the complaints start rolling in on Twitter, too.

But not this time. Chadd did a role-play with Amy Ala that everyone seemed to love. Even Cathy Mannis said something like, "I wouldn't mind if this guy called me."
