Clients requiring approved vendors to utilize bounty jobs

Hi Folks;
Happy New Year!
A large and steady client for over a decade is requiring its vendors to use the bounty portal.
As a seasoned recruiter I find no value in bounty and it takes out the human element and surtaxes my fee.
Has anyone had this experience and how did they remedy the situation?
Thank you!
Sal

On a radio show today. I have not confirmed it. I just heard it.

Having followed many threads for many years I can find no evidence of anyone being successful recruiting via Bounty. Most of the chatter has been about not being able to get a call back, black holes, etc. For the last year they basically feel off the map entirely. Not a lot you can do when they are telling you this so suck it up and find a new client. Clients that don't value what you provide are not what you want anyway...

Hi Slouch;
How have you been?
Happy New Year!
Just called there and connected to customer service and they are not aware of this...

If this is the case and they have a history of taking long to pay recruiters I wonder the size of their payables...

Hi Sal. Glad to see you! I have been told BJ's have gone OOB. Perhaps it's not that hard for someone to still answer the phone - but that's a far distance from actually being "in business".

Is there anyone among us who can confirm anything about Bountyjobs? Or perhaps anyone at BJ's - mind jumping in and clarifiying your current position? I can't even find them on Twitter - believe that or not!

Full disclosure – I’m the new CEO of BountyJobs. Just joined. Don’t want to sound like a shill but it’s been awhile since anyone heard from us. We’ll change that. We’re alive and doing well. We kept quiet for much of last year as we re-tooled to respond to feedback like what Stephanie and Craig mentioned today.

I’ve heard of some of the concerns – most from several months ago when this thread started. A few people have very valid things we can do better, but lately there are more employers and headhunters that have had great experiences. I’m sure some people will disagree, so I won’t waste your time trying to prove anyone wrong here, we’ll simply try to prove them wrong by getting better.
