The scope of services [blah] may include but (IS) not limited to searching (for) candidates (or “sourcing candidates”) from [blah, blah, blah]… to help you analyze market trends and (“the recruiting market” or “recruiting markets”).

Agastus , you realize that recruiters spend an inordinate amount of time filtering documents based on grammar don't you? I'm just saying that you might want to hire a good editor, if you want to reach your audience effectively.
