RPO - Recruitment Process Outsourcing is a simple and effective model to reduce operations cost. Its all about hiring talented people with tools at a lower cost.

There's so many sides to this I'm feeling sybilesque.

Agastus, you seem like a very proper upstanding nice guy with a huge smack of professionalism who has maintained composure in the face of sudden celebrity. And Slouch is quite the charming and sincere host, looking out for the welbeing of his guests. But, Animal's precept that there is no bad publicity has merit. He kindly posted a link to help validate that. Here we have a blatant advertisment that received 36 comments and lot's of evaluation.

Agastus, I would love to learn from you! Perhaps you coud write another post that highlights some of the fantastic experiences you have had working at e2scorp, why you chose to work there and why companies should work with you.

Karly, people who comment here aren't guests. They generate the content that makes the site worthwhile.

And why shouldn't Aggie maintain his composure? He put up a blog posting and there was a discussion in the comment section below it.

People who write political blogs get that. Recruiters don't.

Nice invitation on your part though.

Animal, I didn't say Aggie shouldn't have maintained his composure. However, he has done a much better job of it than others who have had their posts thoroughly critiqued.

I'm not happy that he has not responded to my invitation though. I think it was a good opportunity for real dialog rather than an ad.

It was a great opening for him. And you're right he was composed. No foul-mouthed accusations from that guy. He must be a meditator.

quit annointing him the next RBC Sweetheart - he's no choir boy...I deleted a comment from him on my "Amity" blog post. Save the complements for when he's built up some capital here...

No, Steve, you're wrong. Let's make him the new hero. Blogger of the Week: Aggie the Spammer.

I have been away for the past ten days or so and maybe I am missing something here so I jump in the deep end without a flotation device (Disclaimer: I do not know how to swim. Seriously, I do not posess that skill).

He posted this on his blog, not in the forum. I long ago grew annoyed with members promoting themselves in discussion forums where every new comment bumped them back to the top of the list.

Again, not knowing if there has been any ongoing promotion in other places but if he cannot promote himself here on his page, where should he?

And I guess that means I should delete my own page as I have been linking to articles (quoted) and blog posts I have written.
