The question I have: Who comes up with these type of questions?  Is there a standard psychological/intelligence profiling procedure where these types of questions are created from or does the enterprise hire an external consultant to create a reaction based query in order to satisfy C-suite that HR is profoundly interested in the intelligence capability of the candidate?
