I cant believe 2008 is gone. What a great year for Recruiting for some, for others, not so much. I have seen so much great talent this year and even more companies that ignore the fact that they have stiff competition for talent. I see them assuming that the "same old same old" will hook them and land them too.
Always a sucker for a survey, I would ask ..What are your thoughts on this ? Do companies today have huge blind spots or is it just me? If not, In what ways do companies need to adjust, change, adapt, whatever.. to get the "A" talent they always expect ?
