If you haven’t heard about Valve (creators of Half Life & Portal) and their interesting corporate culture, this is a great podcast to listen to.  I’m a big fan of the Nerdist podcast and this was an interesting and fun conversation on how the gaming company thinks about their organizational structure.  I also recommend reading their awesome Valve Employee Manual.
