I came across this post this week and really liked it.  Not only are there some great sourcing takeaways but you also get access to Jennifer Hasche's (@JenniferIntuit) slidedeck from the conference.  Definite win-win.

Some interesting survey results.  Also definitely encouraged by the high number of HR professionals with experience in other areas of the organization.
