It’s that time of the year to begin forecasting trends in the HR Technology space.  John puts together a great summary of forecasts from some of the industry’s best.  Also check out his trends.

Nice list of the best companies to work for as decided by Glassdoor users.

Nice article on concentrating on strengths instead of weaknesses for candidates that have had businesses failed.

 

Gaming Related Company Using Games in Recruiting by Todd Raphael (@ToddRaphael)

Nice example of using gamification to attract and screen candidates in the apply process.

 

Facebook Timeline launches by Facebook

This is just very cool and as @RecruitMoore and @TalentMinded pointed out could have some great implications in terms of branding pages.

 

How to be awesome on Twitter by Marta Majewska (@Princess_Misia)

Really good presentation for anyone that wants to get better at using Twitter.
