Lars presentation is well worth a look for insights on employer branding and social recruiting. However, please note his message at the bottom. These strategies worked well for NPR and their unique environment. Make sure to learn and take aspects of what they do that will work in your unique recruiting strategy.

Carolyn provides a great primer on using A/B Testing to help you improve your recruiting process especially with your messaging. We’ve had clients use recruitment metrics to test job titles to great success, so it does work.
