The Wow Factor & You Don’t Need Permission to Have Influence by Ryan Estis (@RyanEstis)

Two great articles by Ryan!  I really like his short and sweet style and he makes some great points in both articles this week.

 

5 Mistakes Recruiters Make on Twitter by Jennifer McClure (@CincyRecruiter) (@UnbridledTalent)

I usually don’t include the same writer two weeks in a row but Jen made that hard with this great post.  I love the examples included with the 5 mistakes she listed.

 

Failure Sucks but Instructs. Ask Starbucks by Jessica Merrill (@blogging4jobs)

Great article on being true to your brand and organization with a great real life example in Starbucks.

 

Bonus: For Business Innovation – Less Executives – More 5 Year Olds by Paul Herbert (@incentintel)

An extra one this week.  I thought this was a really interesting post on how to think about innovation and how different thought processes can lead to more creativity.
